Our Story
Heavy Duty Pumping & Septic (formerly B & L All Pro) was established in 1988 by Bobby Furby, who built a reputation for exceptional service and customer care. In January 2024, new owners Lauren, Jeremy, Kim, and Jared took over the business to carry on Bobby’s legacy.
Jeremy and Jared, cousins and Lucedale natives, bring decades of experience in welding and linework to the table. Along with their spouses, Lauren and Kim, they’re proud to operate a business that values family, community, and quality workmanship.

Our mission is simple: to provide professional, fast, and courteous septic and pumping services to our community. We pride ourselves on being a family-owned business that values integrity, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Meet Our Team
Jeremy Bragg & Jared Howell
Owners
Jared and Jeremy, first cousins, are the owners and operators of Heavy Duty Pumping and Septic LLC. Jared discovered this opportunity as his neighbor was looking to retire and sell his septic business. Jared also had a very clear vision at church one Sunday afternoon that his partner to be in this business would be his cousin Jeremy (they have always been each others' favorite cousins). The problem was, at the time, Jeremy and his wife Lauren were living in California. After Jared made a phone call to Jeremy to share his vivid vision, he asked "would y'all ever move back to Mississippi?" Jeremy replied, "you'd never believe this, but we're already looking for some land and a house in South Mississippi, we're coming home!!" Jeremy and Lauren did find some land and a house and moved back to the South in February of 2024 and the Heavy Duty partnership and brand began.
Jared brings decades of welding and automotive expertise and can fix or build just about anything (he's also an avid gardener and makes the best hot sause you've ever tasted!). He is currently building his new family home himself with his lovely wife Kimberly.
Jeremy, a lineman/general foreman for the past 25 years brings electrical know-how, problem solving skills and a unique way of interacting with customers with care and empathy. Jeremy is an avid waterman, enjoys surfing and taking care of the many new animals that his wife Lauren has come to accumulate :).
Together, they are an unstoppable team and without Jared's vision, we wouldn't be where we are today.
